[ Adachi arrived to the midpoint as promised after doing a few quick stretches at his place and then taking off at a light jog. He looked pretty well off for a guy that had been drinking all the alcohol in Heropa, except for well... the bite marks and scrapes and claw marks. ]

[ He looked fine, at least. ]

Hey, Viktor~!

[ Viktor looks up from his split-stretch, breaking out into a grin. ]

Wow! It looks like you had a fun time last night at least.

[ Adachi let out a sheepish noise, rubbing over the bite marks on his neck. ]

Ahh... at least I remember it this time. Well, as much as I can when it comes to that much alcohol.

[ He dropped down by him, starting to stretch as well. ]

Were you able to get some sleep last night?

Eeeh~? So you actually remember the sex this time~? How was it!

[ He teases, lightly flicking at Adachi's foot when he reaches that way for a stretch. Also not answering the question at the moment, hmm. ]

[ Adachi's face turned a vibrate shade of red at that, and he ducked his head sheepishly. ]

J-just as mind blowing as what I remember from the first time?

[ Don't think he didn't noticed that, Viktor. He returned the favor to his foot when he leaned in his direction. ]

You didn't sleep, did you?

[ He smiles at the foot tap, but it softens sadly. ]

Ah, I got maybe an hour or so. It's difficult when I'm used to having company ...

[ Adachi looked up at that, concern instantly taking over his face. ]

...Viktor, I’m sorry.

[ He wasn’t going to state the obvious. He didn’t need to say that Yuuri was gone again. ]

[ At least Viktor is out and about this morning? A far cry different than how he was in a near-catatonic state last time. He turns his head to face into the next stretch he's doing, conveniently turning his face away from meeting Adachi's concerned look. ]

Mmm. He'll be back. I know it.

[ Adachi didn’t move for a moment, grateful this wasn’t affecting him like it did the last time, but... He reached out after a moment, giving Viktor’s leg a comforting squeeze before going back to his own stretches. ]

[ He tilts his head a bit, just enough to give Adachi a soft smile while mid-stretch. ]

[ Adachi flashed him a gentle smile at that. ]

[ He paused a moment, tilting his head. ]

Oh... speaking of, can I ask a favor?

I had given Yurio my tie... back then. I dunno if he really wants to even look at me after all that though.

D'ya mind grabbing it for me?

[ Adachi paused a moment, switching legs. ]

I'm worried about approaching him more than ever.

Because of what happened ... ?

Yeah... I dunno how he'd take me dying to save him. I'm not in the mood for yelling after that, you know?

... You think he'd yell at you for it?

[ Adachi waved a hand vaguely. ]

I dunno how he'll take it, really. I dunno if he'd find it offensive or he'd be upset for a different reason or not.

He'd be upset that you died if he's upset by anything.

[ He seriously doubted that, but he wasn't going to argue with Viktor on that point. ]

Yeah, and when he's upset, he yells. I don't think either of us have the energy for that right now.

[ Viktor gives a hum of acknowledgement, leaning down into one last stretch. ]

I don't think he'll yell, not for a while yet.
