When you put it like that I guess we are used to costumes, but they're usually form-fitting.
There's a distinct lack of capes.

Well yeah form-fitting.
Extra fabric gets in the way of jumps and spins, drags you down with wind resistance.

You've never seen our costumes?

He'd been smart enough so far to figure out that a lot of what skating was involved simple physics, though he hadn't sat down and done the actual math for it. Maybe he'd check out a college physics book from the library and figure it out sometime -- that was something much more interesting to study than Dooku's stupid politics. ]

Like I said, I haven't paid much attention to figure skating until now.

I only have one costume here that I could show you, but the others have three with them. You could probably look more up online too.
