Let's go back to bed, Viktor. It'll be better in the morning.

[ Viktor presses a kiss to his hair, his breath stirring the strands and voice tight with emotion. ]

You've already made it better.

Never thought there'd come a day when you weren't excited about sleeping with me.

[ Yuuri's blandness surprises him just as much as the words themselves, and there's a beat or two that passes before Viktor actually laughs. The ache in his chest loosens with the laughter, but the emotion behind it only grows stronger. ]

That day hasn't come yet.

[ Good. It's good to see Viktor laugh after all that. ]

So lie down with me, Viktor. Let's get some rest.

[ Viktor settles back down then, still chuckling and his arms around Yuuri. ]

I might actually sleep in tomorrow ... Or today, I suppose.

Why not? We can't really do anything until the blackout is done.

There are some things we can do.

[ He waggles his eyebrows teasingly. Well, mostly teasingly. ]

But we don't have to get up early for those.

True enough ...

[ He pulls the covers over them both again. ]

[ Yuuri gently settles in next to Viktor, then, and closes his eyes. ]

[ Thankfully, Viktor dozes off soon after as well. Yuuri really did help him relax. ]
